Contact messages

The contact form asks for your name, email address, enquiry topic and message. These details are stored in Lovable Cloud so Craig can manage and respond to your enquiry. A notification containing your enquiry is also sent to Craig’s inbox through Google Workspace. They are not displayed publicly. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information in your message.

Newsletter signups

When you join the mailing list, your email address is stored in Lovable Cloud for newsletter subscription management. Craig can view, export and delete subscriber details through the private owner area. The signup is for updates about streams, podcast episodes and giveaways, not a public profile. To ask to leave the list, use the contact form and select “Something else”.

Owner account access

The private owner area uses account sign-in. Email/password and Google sign-in are available in the account flow. Authentication information is handled by the account service; newsletter signup does not create an owner account.

Podcast players, videos and external links

The site includes an Ausha podcast player, podcast audio and YouTube video players. Loading a player or playing media can connect your browser to the relevant provider, which receives technical request information such as your IP address. Those providers control their own data practices. YouTube embeds use its youtube-nocookie.com domain, but that does not mean playing a video shares no information.

Instagram reel players on the hits page load when you choose to play a reel. At that point your browser connects to Instagram. Whatnot, Instagram and other social links take you to separate services. Purchases and payment details are handled through Whatnot, not the contact form on this site. Review each provider’s privacy information when using its service.

Cookies and technical information

Account services may use browser storage to maintain a signed-in session. External players may have their own storage and tracking behaviour. This page does not claim that the site or its embedded services are cookie-free.

Access, corrections and deletion requests

Contact Craig if you want to ask about information you submitted, correct a detail, leave the mailing list or request deletion. Include the email address used and enough context to locate the record, but do not send identification documents unless specifically needed. Verification may be necessary before sharing or changing personal information.

A fixed retention period is not stated here. You can ask Craig about how long a particular record is kept. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights and the right to complain to your local data-protection authority; in the UK this is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
